John Vandermeer, owner/operator of Vandermeer WETT Inspections, has been a certified WETT inspector since 2015. John conducts Level 1 SITE Basic WETT Inspections required by most insurance companies. The inspections are a visual, non-invasive assessment of the condition of the appliance, chimney, and flue pipe to ensure compliance with the Manufacturers Installation Requirements or CSA B365 reference manual.
